PLEASE NOTE: we use a courier service that requires a signature on delivery, Signing for receipt of good is acceptance that the goods have arrived in good condition.  Therefore, goods must be checked before signing, or marked unchecked next to signature

In the event of items being damaged, photographic evidence may be required to show the extent of damage.  Please do not dispose of items until we have fully investigated the situation as this may lead to no refund being given or we will be unable to refund the postage charges

DELIVERY TIMES Our aims are:

To deliver all items within 2-3 days but please allow up to 14 working days (excluding weekends)

If you have any special requirements or urgent delivery dates please contact us prior to placing your order, and please leave a note in the ‘Add special instructions to the seller’ box at time or order

RETURNS Our returns policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations

You may cancel your order within 7 working days following the day of receipt for a full refund of charges except postage

Goods must be returned unused in their original packages

You must return the item with the appropriate postage insurance at your own expense, we can not refund if the item is damaged

LIABILITY Liability cannot be accepted for any damage caused by use of materials supplied by us
